Who are you actually working with?

I’m Eszter Kováts, and I started Marketingsweb after years of seeing the challenges small businesses face up close.
Along the way, I studied management and marketing. I worked in a bakery, a software company and a coffee distribution company, and I ran my own project management company for a while. Those experiences gave me an inside look at how much small businesses actually juggle — orders, customers, admin, cash flow — often without the time or resources to also build a strong online presence.
I started noticing that a small bookshop, a little clothing store down the street — none of them online. Meanwhile, people search for almost everything online now, and the big retailers are always there. I kept thinking: they could be selling more, just by showing up too.
These days, I created and run my own small online shop: tikedekor.ro, built around my glass painting hobby. It’s still growing, but it’s teaching me first-hand what it means to build and manage a small business online.

A few things you may want to know before getting started
Do I need to know exactly what I want before we start?
Not at all. You don’t need to have every detail figured out. We’ll start with a conversation about your business, goals and ideas, then work together to define the right structure, functionality and direction for your project.
How do I know whether I need a website, an online shop or a landing page?
It depends on what you want to achieve. A website is a good fit for presenting your business and services. An online shop is designed for selling products online. A landing page focuses on one specific goal, such as generating enquiries, leads, sign-ups or sales. If you’re not sure which option is right for you, we can explore it together.
Do you build websites from templates or create custom designs?
I use WordPress and Elementor as the foundation, but the design direction is personalized around your business and goals. I aim to create a clear and personal online presence rather than simply placing your content into a generic template.
Can I update and manage the website myself after launch?
I’ll provide basic handover guidance, so you’ll be able to manage and update the basic parts of your website yourself, including text and product updates. For technical maintenance, updates, security and troubleshooting, however, I recommend having a professional take care of these tasks to keep your website running smoothly.
Do I need to provide the text and images?
You are welcome to provide your own content, images and brand materials. I can help you organise, refine and improve your content so it fits the structure and purpose of your website. Full copywriting, product descriptions, photography and other content services can be discussed separately.
What is included in the package price?
Each package includes a defined set of services and deliverables. You can find the details on the relevant package page. As every project is different, the final price depends on the scope, content, functionality, integrations and specific requirements. You’ll receive a clear, final quote for approval before we start the project.
Are hosting, domain and other subscriptions included?
Hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, third-party tools and other subscriptions are generally separate costs unless explicitly stated in your package.
What happens after my website goes live?
After launch, I’ll provide basic handover guidance and help you understand the essential parts of your website. Ongoing maintenance, updates, additional changes and further improvements can be discussed if you need continued support.
